Consequence scanning
22 December 2020
Consequence scanning is an instrument that allows you to appeal to the different points of view brought by all stakeholders in a project to anticipate and map all the consequences, positive or negative, that partners anticipate for its implementation.
The information generated with these processes is very useful not only to mitigate possible negative impacts of a project, but also to create spaces of opportunity to expand its positive consequences.
In order to make this methodology available to all interested parties, we have developed a small Implementation Manual that will allow, very easily, its appropriation and implementation.
