The Resilient Region 2.0 Project is a partnership between AMA, through LabX, AMAL and ANEPC. LabX ensured the capacity building of the team at the start of the project with the transfer of skills and practical knowledge in the use of innovative tools.

This project came up with the construction of the LabX Plain Language methodology to support public entities to adopt simple writing in their communication. The goal is to put the public servants who write communications to face their target readers and adapt the communication according to the feedback received.

Project featuring young people’s interactions with public services. The research findings were worked on and fed back to young people in a Co-creation session and resulted in two prototype youth onboarding pages for public services.
