DGARTES -Transformation through organizational culture

On the 27th of June and on the 04th and 11th of July, there were held collaborative sessions with a team from the Directorate-General for the Arts to work on a unified vision of digital transformation change through the organizational culture and to help understand how stakeholders should be activated to share that vision and better manage their expectations.
At this stage of the transformation process, LabX developed the activities bearing in mind the Theory of Change, which allowed to design an initiative of change in a certain context with a simple and objective message, through a participative process, involving everyone in the construction of change and aligning expectations, results and expected results.
The team involved in these sessions discussed the project meant to implement a new information management system of the Arts, by using three collaborative tools:
- There was the definition of the purpose of this transformation process and identification of the vision of change, a movement that would inspire people to do their best for a specific cause, by looking at four levels of change and transformation: personal; relationships; collective action or thoughts standards; structures and procedures.
- There was the identification of the organization’s ecosystem and the stakeholders in this process of change;
- Design of the roadmap and action plan for the transformation and expected impact, which was consolidated into a schedule of activities and intermediate goals to achieve this vision of change.
