The project Public Service as Living Lab was an experimentation program for testing solutions for face-to-face service and technological solutions for digital services, in the context of a fully-working public service.
Here is the report with the main learnings and takeaways of this project, opening way to repeat experimentation initiatives like this in the future.
We remain committed to developing public services focused on the needs of citizens and businesses. The project Public Service as Living Lab was an experimentation program for testing solutions for face-to-face service and technological solutions for digital services, in the context of a fully-working public service. This experimentation space in a real context promoted the collaboration of citizens, public servants and specialists from the national R&D scientific system in the development of solutions, thus establishing an open and collaborative innovation model centred on the needs of citizens and businesses.
