LabX is distinguished at the Government World Summit 2023

The Centre for Innovation in the Public Sector (LabX) received today, February 15th, an award at the World Government Summit 2023, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

LabX won the “Global Government Excellence Award” as “Distinguished Initiative in Government innovation”.

The theme of this year’s summit is “Shaping Future Governments”, and was attended by experts and decision-makers from around the world to share and contribute to the development of tools, policies and models that are essential to shape future governments.

The Summit explores the agenda of the next generation of governments, focusing on harnessing innovation and technology to solve universal challenges facing humanity. So, since its inception in 2013, the Summit have successfully established a new model to collaborate on an international playing field to inspire and enable the next generation of governments. World Government Summit in Numbers says it all: more than 995 sessions and workshops for more than 50,000 attendees and 640 speakers, established more than 80 bilateral agreements, involved more than 40 organizations and 17,000 media resources.
