LabX on Ibero-American Agenda of Public Innovation

We took part in the Ibero-American Agenda of Public Innovation activities in San José, Costa Rica, during the week of 2-6 October 2023

The activities are part of the Civic Innovation programme of the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) and aim to promote civic innovation in the 22 member states of the Ibero-American community.

LabX organised the session “Uncomplicating bureaucracy: How can bureaucratic procedures be redesigned?” as part of training sessions for 80 civil servants and the Ibero-American Public Innovation Laboratory in Costa Rica (LAIBCR).

In addition to LabX other international experts in public innovation also participated such as Laboratorio de Gobierno, Chile; Corlab, Argentina; ENAP Brazil; LabHacker Câmara dos Deputados, Brazil; OPSI/OECD; Agencia de Monitoreo y Evaluación de Políticas Públicas (AMEPP), Presidency of Uruguay; Presidency of Ecuador.
