Toolkit for Public Service Design

Already know about our “Toolkit for Public Service Design“?

This work is the result of a collaborative work of the Innovator Network streamlined by LabX with colleagues from various public entities and arises from the need to demonstrate the practical application of techniques used in LabX projects.

It is intended to create an initial repertoire of tools whose application will help make services more efficient, easier to implement and more aligned with citizens’ needs.

We sought to create the Toolkit as collaboratively and collaboratively as possible, testing it with colleagues from various public entities with whom we collaborated on capacity building, projects and other initiatives. This version of the document also counted on the invaluable contributions and suggestions for improvement of several colleagues who are part of the Innovators Network that we have been promoting within the Public Administration.

By working collaboratively on co-creating this document with various management colleagues, we had the opportunity to calibrate the content and adjust it to the expectations of its target audience.

We therefore consider this document to be a unique opportunity to create a reference work on citizen-centered public services in Portugal.
