LabX at IRN

On May 29th and July 12th LabX was at the Justice Campus, more precisely at the Portuguese Institute of Registries and Notary (IRN), facilitating four Service (Re)Design workshops with the four teams that are currently working on the Life Cycles of: the Citizen; the Company; the Buildings; and the Movable Goods. 

At a time when many public entities are debating the best way to design and operationalize services funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), but not only, these were two intense work days, during which LabX and IRN shared their experiences on the subject. 

In total, the four workshops gathered fifty (50) IRN employees. During the two days, LabX presented some of the methodologies used in citizen-centered services, namely Journey Maps, Personas, and Service Blueprints.
