Participation in the II National Open Administration Plan

19 April 2021

The Open Government Partnership (OGP) Portugal intends to promote more transparency, more openness and more participation, in a collaborative work between the State and Civil Society. In this perspective and at the moment when members of the National Open Administration Network (RNAA) are asked to create the II National Open Administration Plan (Action Plan / PANAA) we intend to do so through the involvement and participation of several stakeholders, namely citizens , representatives of Civil Society and Public Administration entities.

At first, during the Discovery Phase, we promoted a set of thematic discussion forums to identify thematic areas and ideas with the potential to be transformed into future Open Administration commitments. Subsequently, we promoted the Co-Creation Phase, where through collaborative sessions for the co-creation of commitments, it was possible to identify the main challenges faced by citizens, Civil Society organizations and companies in their relationship with the State, as well as to signal potential opportunities to apply the principles and values of the Open Administration in its resolution (Co-creation Subphase Synthesis Report).

In the current Design Phase, we seek to validate the identified themes and ideas and the structured development of commitment proposals to be included in the future Action Plan. In this sense, we seek through this form to receive commitment proposals designed by a broader audience.

Participate until April 30th, using the form available on the OGP Portugal website: https://bit.ly/3sllatF
