In a partnership with the Department of Social, Political and Territory Sciences at the University of Aveiro, we held a co-creation session, in Aveiro, where citizens and those responsible for managing the face-to-face service of the Citizen Stores were present, in order to generate ideas and identify features for a physical space where citizens can perform various digital public services autonomously.

LabX was present at the European Behavioral Insights Specialist Meeting which took place on 18 and 19 June in The Hague in the Netherlands with the aim of sharing its experience as an enhancer of the Portuguese ecosystem. In this way, labX contributes to bring specialists and research centers closer to public entities wishing to apply behavioral sciences to public policy issues.

Yesterday another LabX Workshop took place this time with the objective of working the identity of Rede de Inovadores through the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.

Last September 11th, the game “Agora Falo Eu!” Was publicly presented at a session that took place at the Raiz project facilities in Ramalde, Porto.

LabX is on the field under a protocol of collaboration with the Tax Authority.

The fieldwork carried out at the Finance Services in Lisbon, Aveiro and Évora, in addition to the work developed online with LERNE, the Laboratory of Experimental Research in Economics and Management of the Catholic University, made it possible to carry out a diagnosis on the Tax Authority’s contact points with citizens.
